Roz and John Dragun bought the Windfall in July 2006, and have turned the popular bar and restaurant into a destination! John is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and Roz and John are previous owners of a bed and breakfast in the Catskills. They have brought their warm, gracious hospitality to The Windfall. For dinner, a show stopping menu, offering signature items such as chicken picatta, capellini, and creme brulee. Featured appetizers are bourbon sesame shrimp, fresh Tia spring rolls, and mussels fri diablo. But it doesn't stop there....we use the seasons to help us find the best local product. Lovers of wines, the wine list has something to offer everyone. The pub menu is the best of pub fare as well. Handmade Burgers, jumbo chicken wings, and all homemade soups. The staff of the Windfall can help you with any local info you may need, and are fully versed in the preparation of all the menu items. The dining room is cozy, with it's gas fired wood stove, and loads of grazing deer and pretty chickadees all winter long within full view.
