with lemon juice, capers and butter

Seasoned inside and out with garlic, salt, pepper and herbs

Fresh locally made pasta served with a piquant sauce of garlic, tomatoes,
Kalamata olives, and parsley, with a pinch of fire.

Served in a cream sauce made with fresh cream, prosciuto ham, onion,
peas, and imported Parmesan cheese

Pork Schnitzel
Pork loin is pounded thin, breaded and pan fried then covered with Swiss
Cheese Served with mashed potato and vegetables.
